The Chief of Staff (CoS) – ZH Healthcare

The Chief of Staff (CoS) will be a member of ZH Healthcare’s executive leadership team, leading efforts ensuring the organization successfully navigates an extended period of growth and change. You will be responsible for executing on the CEO’s ideas and seeing them through to completion. This role demands a seasoned professional bringing significant experience across strategic planning, project and process management, team building and coordination. The Chief of Staff reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will assist in managing day-to-day administration of the Indian operations

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Working with the CEO and executive leadership team to establish annual, quarterly, and monthly strategic priorities and facilitating the advancement of them.
  • Holding the CEO and executive leadership team accountable to their commitments.
    Working with the executive leadership team to align actions and communications to better support agreed upon initiatives.
  • Scoping and managing projects that support the company’s and CEO’s objectives.

  • Ensuring timely and high-quality follow-up from leadership meetings.
    Being both a trouble spotter and troubleshooter.
  • Relentless note taking, tracking action items and follow-ups
  • Managing CEO preparation for important internal and external meetings and events.
  • Representing the CEO at internal and external meetings and events when necessary.
  • Acting as a surrogate for the CEO in working with department heads in the Indian operation.

Qualifications
  • Approximately 10 years of experience, including senior-level management, strategic planning, or operations roles.

  • Responsible for leading/facilitating business requirements gathering and determining Functional impacts
