Job Title : React Native Developer
Location : Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid)
Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a React Native developer with an experience of 3 to 4 years or more who is interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Responsibilities:
– Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
– Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
– Familiarity with code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}.
– Design and implement user interface components for JavaScript-based mobile applications using React ecosystem.
– Build app and UI components from prototypes and wireframes.
– Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
– Use Native APIs for tight integrations with both platforms Android and iOS.
– Work with third-party dependencies and APIs.

Skills:
– A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an iOS and/ or Android developer
– In-depth knowledge in writing Unit tests and integrations tests for React native applications

– Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux
– Experience in Repack/Webpack and Code push is a plus

ZH is seeking an analytical, strategic, and experienced professional to join our team to plan, lead and execute our digital marketing strategy globally. This role will report to the CEO and will be an integral member of the leadership team in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and tactics that result in exceptional outcomes for the business. This individual must love to work in an intense and exciting environment, thrive on challenging goals and be a great team player. You will collaborate with the Product, Growth, Sales, Engineering, and other strategic heads to develop programs and campaigns that drive demand. You will also develop and oversee implementation of proactive digital marketing strategy and campaigns to ensure accountability for results that meet or exceed organizational marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, SMO/SMM, marketing database and email marketing campaigns
• Plan and manage marketing automation, including lead scoring and nurturing to filter the right MQLs and SQLs eventually leading to a client conversion.
• Establish, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points on the website and optimize user funnels to improve conversion rate.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

• Experience in marketing automation/CRM tools like Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc. Preferred.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
