Job Description:
– Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
– Work independently and with the global teams
– Author and update deliverables for online and printed documentation
– Attend daily stand-up meetings
– Update status report to the lead/manager on daily basis
– Attend meetings with SMEs

Preferred Skills:
– Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication (both written & verbal) skills in English
– Ability to express complex technical information in a clear and precise manner.
– Technical writing experience in software documentation
– Good understanding of DDLC and SDLC processes
– Good knowledge in MS Office applications
– Knowledge of topic-based authoring
– Experience in HTML based authoring tools

Preferred Education Qualification:
– Masters in Mass Communication and Journalism

Job Title: Chief Project Manager – Contract
Location: Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid)
Type: Contract / Consultant
Duration: 6-12+ Months

Responsibilities:
– Review progress of projects and programs, resolving challenges around resourcing and scheduling
– Work across the business to understand and satisfy the needs of stakeholders in business functions
– Ensure all Technology projects are effectively planned, managed, and delivered to the required specification or needs of the department by the agreed deadlines
– Instill and foster a culture of excellence in project management
– Work closely with the Engineering AVPs to manage implications of design changes on ongoing project work.
– Analyse specific business and technology problems to ensure business needs and requirements are met
– Define and manage the necessary project management tool(s) and processes to enable easy collaboration and communication between project stakeholders
– Lead a group of scrum masters, providing the appropriate guidance and support in the form of coaching and mentoring
– Define the processes and metrics to track and report project progress with a focus on budget, scope, resources, and schedule

Requirements:
– Proven experience leading and managing a team or group of Project Managers/Scrum Masters.
– Demonstratable track record of managing a portfolio of large-scale, high-profile strategic projects
– Strong experience across multiple stages of the project lifecycle from project initiation through to successful delivery
– Background working in a highly regulated industry
– The ability to determine resource needs, recommend solutions and deliver against a strategy
– Excellent influencing skills that achieve results
– The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Excellent organizational skills and the flexibility to cope with varying demands
– Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline

Job description
– Experienced in AR calling, Denial Management, checking eligibility and Authorization verification
– Calling Insurance companies on behalf of physicians and carryout further examination on outstanding Accounts Receivables
– Prioritize unpaid claims for calling according to the length of time it has been outstanding
– Call insurance companies directly and convince them to pay the outstanding claims
– Check the relevance of insurance info offered by the patient
– Evaluate unpaid insurance claims
– Call insurance companies and check on the status of claims and verifying authorization
– Transfer the outstanding balance to the patient of he/she doesn’t have adequate insurance coverage
– If the claim has already been paid, ask the insurance company for Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
– Make corrections to the claim based on inputs from the insurance company
– Good organizational skills to implement timely follow-up
– Ability to multi-task
– Willingness to work in night shifts and weekends
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong reporting skills
