The Chief of Staff (CoS) will be a member of ZH Healthcare’s executive leadership team, leading efforts ensuring the organization successfully navigates an extended period of growth and change. You will be responsible for executing on the CEO’s ideas and seeing them through to completion. This role demands a seasoned professional bringing significant experience across strategic planning, project and process management, team building and coordination. The Chief of Staff reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will assist in managing day-to-day administration of the Indian operations
To act as liaison between the clients and the organization in the effective implementation support for the organization’s products and services.
Knowledge of other Agile approaches such as Kanban and tools like Confluence etc will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of “Smartsheet” will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis or Implementation experience with Products in US Healthcare, EHR, EMR space.

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Healthcare to join our Product team. In this role, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for working with Project teams and subject matter experts to elicit, analyse, document, communicate, collaborate, and manage requirements and business analysis artefacts throughout the solution development lifecycle.
The preferred candidate will have a solid work history of delivering superior business analysis and consulting services with notable experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with Products in the US Healthcare, EHR, RCM and HIS domains and running the Product Backlog in an Agile environment. The candidate should be capable of seeing ideas from concept through to design and delivery while applying a formal business analysis methodology based on industry best practices to accomplish the task. The position requires an individual with exceptional skills in communication (verbal and written), facilitation and presentation, and highly accomplished personal organizational and management abilities.
