  • Candidate must have experience in end to end recruitment process.

  • Candidate must have good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Managing the Recruitments and the Recruitment Team with
    minimum supervision in making the recruitment process smoother.
  • Responsible for facilitating conversations between different departments in
    analyzing and understanding the recruitment requirements and delivering
    the requirements on time as per the expectations.
  • Responsible for updating and designing  new processes and procedures in
    the Recruitment.
  • Responsible for tracking the recruitment metrics and provide feedback and
    suggestions for improvement.
  • Responsible for identifying new ideas and methods for making the
    recruitments easier.
  • Responsible for providing ideas and suggestions in enhancing employer
    branding.
  • Responsible for the usage of different platforms in the recruitment process
    for the timely completion of recruitments.
